TERMS & CONDITIONS

Revive Mobile Marine – Terms & Conditions

By engaging Revive Mobile Marine ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Charges

  • Hourly Rate: Our standard rate is $130 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum charge per job.
     

  • Time Tracking: Billing begins upon arrival at the job site and includes all time spent diagnosing, sourcing parts (if required mid-job), and completing the work.
     

After-Hours or Emergency Rates: May apply for work requested outside of normal operating hours (subject to availability).

Travel Charges

  • Zone 1 (Up to 20kms from our office) = $50

  • Zone 2 (20 to 40kms from our office) = $60

  • Zone 3 (40 to 60kms from our office) = $70

  • Zone 4 (Over 60kms from our office) = $120
     

  • Travel charges will be disclosed and confirmed prior to booking.

Cancellations & Call-Out Fees

  • If a job is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a call-out fee of $130 may be charged.
     

  • Where parts have already been ordered or sourced for the job, the client will be charged for:
    a) Any non-returnable parts, and
    b) A restocking or return fee (if applicable).
     

If we arrive on-site and the job is no longer required, the 1-hour minimum service fee will still be charged.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on completion of the service, unless prior arrangements are made.
     

  • We accept payment via Bank Transfer, or Cash.
     

  • Overdue invoices may incur interest or late payment fees after 7 days.

Warranty & Workmanship

  • All workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.
     

  • Parts are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
     

  • Warranty is void if failure is due to misuse, negligence, or work performed by third parties after our service.

Site Access & Safety

  • The client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the boat and worksite.
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse or delay service if the site is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

Liability

  • Revive Mobile Marine is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues, hidden faults, or components not directly worked on.
     

  • Clients are advised to disclose any known issues prior to service commencement.

 Modifications

  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. The latest version will be available upon request or on our official communication channels.
